The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making us feel at home; there was no noise, the place was private, and the internet was good. However, there were no TV screens in the rooms.

Breakfast and all meals were plentiful and tasted great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will come back. The area around the accommodation has no restaurants or shopping options.

We thought the place looked tidy and the staff tried to help, but there are better options for the same price. After the second night we checked out and lost the money we spent. We booked three rooms; one had a broken lock that the staff knew about, another guest had to be moved because the toilet seat was faulty, and at least two of us struggled with hot water or temperature control. We felt alone in the hotel and often couldn’t find any staff. Breakfast was disappointing – no real coffee, just instant with hot water. Overall, clean but not worth the cost.

Based on the recommendations, I would have expected much better. We had three rooms, the first room had to be vacated and replaced because of problems with a toilet seat. A second room had a broken lock, which they actually told the guest that they had been aware of, so my friend could not lock their room. There was no actual coffee, simply hot water and packets of instant. Breakfast was yogurt or an English style breakfast, no options in how prepared, just plunked down. There has been a lot of wear and tear in these rooms. The only tiny waste basket was in the bathroom. My toilet made a tremendous sound every time it was flushed. It's just not a place that I would want to bring guests on my tour groups. On the upside, there's a very sweet little dog that greets you and the staff are very sweet people who do their best with what they have to work with.
