The location was bad. There were no restaurants within walking distance, and I wouldn’t walk there. It was not what I expected.

You could see the facility was recently renovated and still being upgraded; there were lots of nice improvements. Parking was weird because it sits in the middle of several industrial businesses. There was no pool.

The staff were nice and the breakfast was decent when creamer was available. I was able to keep the pets and they helped whenever we needed anything. The parking lot was very small but safer than it seemed. The mirrors were beautiful. They had an ice machine and were very close to everything we wanted to do. The room had dirty sheets with blood stains that I didn’t notice until morning. The pull‑out couch had visible debris that I had to remove quickly before my teenager saw it and felt uncomfortable. I requested sheets for his bed and they were very clean. There was hair in the water jets before anyone showered. The table had visible crumbs. The chair had a blood stain. The floor was sticky and dirty despite the room’s beauty. The fan didn’t work. The tub was peeling. The gap under the door was larger than I’m used to, which was a little scary.

“Clean and friendly”

Clean, comfortable rooms and the staff were very helpful, but the breakfast selection was limited.
