The place sits right next to the beach and the staff were really helpful, and the rooms were clean. But there was no air conditioning, and the radiator that was supposed to heat the room was broken, so the hotel gave me a plug‑in radiator instead. At night the room felt stuffy and there was no fresh air. For breakfast, some items were cold—like the eggs—and a few dishes were bland.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The service was good, excellent, and affordable, and the staff were very welcoming.

The room was great‑sized and very comfortable, and the evening meal at the Jameson Bar was nice. Breakfast was a long wait to be seated even though the restaurant was only half full, and tea and toast didn’t arrive until I was almost finished. It seemed like there were plenty of staff in the room, so it felt more like a staffing issue.
