Great location, comfortable rooms, quiet and peaceful in the area even though it's in the city center. Trams connect well to other parts of the city. Everything is clean, and the staff is very efficient. The room could have been better ventilated; we were there in late summer, so the lack of air conditioning didn't bother us, but during heatwaves it can feel very stuffy.

Great location in the center of Ostrava, and it's nice that the reception is open 24/7. The bed is comfortable and the kitchenette is ideal. The room had a terrible smell from garbage or sewage (but you can get used to it).

Very good location near the university campus and a spacious room. It's a dormitory partially converted into a hotel, located on a noisy street; the room has no curtains, and right outside the window was a street lamp.
