Onsite dining and free Wi‑Fi (first 2 h) enhance stay. Winter guests enjoy ski storage, equipment rentals, a nearby free ski bus to Zell am See and Schmittenhöhe, and free parking.

The view of the lake, a bike storage, and breakfast were nice. For a youth hostel it’s a bit pricey.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful before and during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. My favorite part was the great lake access and the beautiful view from the hostel grounds. On staff recommendation I had a gluten‑free pizza after a lovely 20‑minute walk into town. I would definitely come back. The lack of an electric kettle would have been nice, but I knew ahead that none would be provided.

The location directly on Zeller See, friendly staff, good breakfast, and value for money. The only drawback – perhaps because it was my first visit – is that towels were listed as available, but only a small towel is provided, making it hard to find a full-sized one.

The lakefront location is beautiful and the room is spacious. No shampoos were provided.
