The staff were very friendly and the room was always clean. There was no storage space for clothes, so you had to live out of your suitcase.

“A three star hotel? Not even one star.”

I booked this place hoping for a safe, decent hotel, but it turned out to be a low‑quality motel that made me feel uneasy. The room felt unsafe and the description was misleading for the price I paid. The facilities were awful: the toilet was poor quality, there were no TV channels, the interior looked worn and outdated, and the reception staff were unprofessional. I was told I could check in from 3 pm, yet when I arrived at 9 pm my room had already been rented out for a few hours to someone using a “Daesil” service, and the receptionist asked me to wait 30 minutes for cleaning. I complained, but he offered me a different room instead. The hotel is advertised on a Korean site for half the price I paid, so I expect a refund.

The hotel sits on the 5th floor of a shared building and is very clean; the staff were super attentive, always ready to help and they cleaned the room daily. It only took about 45 minutes to get into Seoul. The room was a bit small for two people with large suitcases, but that’s to be expected.

I chose this place for its central location, which was spot on in the city center. The staff were friendly and the rooms were decent. Finding the entrance was a bit tricky, and the room didn’t get much natural sunlight.
