The hotel features a modern restaurant, Westfield Bar, free on-site parking, and is a 5-minute walk from St Lawrence Cricket Ground, 20 minutes from Dover Ferry Terminal.

The location to the city center is ideal—just a 10‑minute walk. The private parking at the hotel was very convenient and was available to us again the next day until the afternoon, so we could head back into town before leaving. The room was on the top floor and probably one of the simplest (maybe because it was booked that way?), but it was sufficient.

Everything about the hotel appealed to me, especially the exceptionally friendly staff, and I’ll definitely come back. A small glass for water next to the coffee station and a tiny bottle of water on arrival would have been nice.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the location and parking were convenient, though the hotel feels a little dated, which I expected.

The location is great, the rooms are large, airy, well appointed, and charming, and the new bar area is lovely and quiet because it’s set back from the road. The bed was not very comfortable; the mattress felt hard.
