The photos were misleading; the place was falling apart, smelled awful, and the room was horrible and poorly decorated. Pieces of wall and ceiling were hanging off, the windows had condensation between the glazing so you couldn’t see out, and the TV didn’t work—an absolute disgrace for the price.

The toilet was half covered in a stained roll of toilet paper.

Nothing noteworthy. As soon as we arrived there was a massive leak and a terrible smell, so we didn’t stay—couldn’t risk putting my babies in a place full of leaks and bad odors.

The staff were friendly and the beds were very comfortable. However, the pillows were not ideal, there was a lack of tea, coffee, and towels – we only received one bath towel and one hand towel for the two of us. The website promised toiletries and a bar, but those were missing, so the site needs updating.
