We spent three days at Hotel Aarav Mathura and had a fantastic time, with two comfy rooms and amazing service from the staff and manager. They were always on hand to help and made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were a great place to relax and the hospitality was top-notch.

The surroundings were just okay, but the welcome was really great.

The location was pretty far out and the street was a mess, but the real letdown was the washroom - it was super dirty and smelled awful. And don't even get me started on the hot kettle, which didn't even have a wire to plug it in.

This place was a total scam - we showed up with a confirmation and they told us there was no room available.

The room was clean and the hotel was new with a lift and gym - I think it's a great choice for families.
