The hotel is gorgeous, well kept, and runs smoothly; the large pool with jacuzzi is clean, happy hour runs 4‑7 daily, and the bands from 6‑9 pm encourage sing‑along; as a solo traveler the manager Ketut greeted me immediately and remained friendly and helpful, with staff that are a credit to him, always attentive with a smile; I kept staying to chat with others at the restaurant and bar because everyone was so welcoming; the location is great with many bars nearby, a five‑minute walk to the beach where you can board a boat to swim with dolphins; Lovina was an amazing experience.

The central location puts you near everything, and the big swing pool is a highlight. The staff were very kind, the evening entertainment was good, and breakfast food was decent. My room was small, had no furniture, and there was nowhere to hang clothes, but for the price it was clean and acceptable.
