It was clean, but the caretaker gave us zero privacy.

We booked for 29 November 2025, then owner Babsie called and told us to cancel because she was fully booked; she promised a refund and said the app didn’t show the booking. After canceling, she called again 5 minutes later asking us to bring cash if we still wanted to stay, claiming she couldn’t see how long the bank would take. Later we received an email that the refund would take 7 to 12 days, then another email stating the cancellation fee matched the booking amount. They’re scamming us.
