The place was very clean, but I think every room should at least have one plate and two glasses. Here there was nothing. If they tried a bit harder for guests it would feel nicer to return. Some hotels greet guests better. Sometimes two glasses, two coffee packets or juice, or a few small candies create a nicer impression.

The location is great, right next to Auparku, and the owner/manager is very kind. The bed was comfortable. However, the restaurant below the accommodation naturally gives the room a certain smell; it can be ventilated in the evening, but you have to plan for that in advance. We also had insects at the accommodation, which caused discomfort. But that can be removed.

The location was great right in the city center, next to Auparku, and the big plus was the Indian restaurant right next to the pension and free parking. The mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, I felt like I was falling out of the bed, which caused a very bad sleep over both nights. The bathroom looked outdated and definitely needed renovation. Throughout the stay there was an unpleasant odor in the room that could not be removed. The room generally felt dirty and the sound insulation was very weak – everything from the adjacent room could be heard. The biggest problem was that in the evening there was no water at all, which is totally unacceptable and illogical. How can you shower and do basic hygiene after a festival or a long day? For the price I expected much better comfort, a cleaner and more modern bathroom, and overall a better price‑quality ratio. In my opinion this pension does not deserve a 3‑star rating and should have at most 2 stars.
