The location was really central and walking distance to all attractions and restaurants. The staff are lovely and willing to assist with any questions you may have. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are tired. The TV and fridge did not work in our room but after advising the reception it was fixed in a short amount of time

The location is definitely the best part with it being right in the middle of the Old Quarter, it was a pleasant stay but not outstanding. I booked their suite for a solo stay and it did not quite live up to my expectations. The showerhead spilled a lot of water at the top and when bringing it up to the staff they said they’ll have someone look at it, but the situation remained the same. The wifi also worked poorly at the suite so I ended up using my own data more often than not. I hoped for better service but the staff was okay and often did not visit the table during breakfast to offer their ready to made items such as eggs

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Rooms are well appointed and comfy. Great spot for doing all the sites, great atmosphere and staff are really helpful and thoughtful. Nothing, it was all excellent

I had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel. Even though it sits right in the heart of the old quarter, the room stayed very quiet. The spacious, airy room featured a comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked wonderfully well. Both the bedroom and bathroom were roomy and had a plush feel. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and courteous. I also booked the spa services for a pedicure and found it to be a very quiet, relaxing space away from the Hanoi bustle. Breakfast was provided and there was a good selection of eastern and western dishes, with eggs cooked to order and barista coffees.
