“Would stay again , thank you”

Central and friendly staff. Parking at the hotel is a real bonus. Stairs are very noisy with people going up and down. I would stay again, probably just bring ear plugs.

The reception and service are very friendly. For technical reasons, the accommodation was relocated to a neighboring "hotel".

The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful, and we were offered a free coffee at the reception—though it came from a machine, it was still good. The hotel is really close to the pedestrian zone and easy to reach by car. The hotel feels a bit dated, and the rooms are quite noisy. On the ground floor, someone was smoking cannabis, and the smell drifted through the skylight into our room, so we had to keep the window closed. From about 24:00h until roughly 1:30h, the noise outside our window was loud, though it quieted down after that. As is common in cities, some loud cars with revving engines cruise the streets at night, which understandably disturbed the night rest. The hotel can't control that, but it was still annoying. This is the downside if you want to stay within walking distance of the pedestrian zone.

“très bien situé,à pied, à proximité de la garera cathédrale, le musée de picardie etc”

belle vue sur la tour perret!chambre propre, bonne literie, très bon accueil.Pas d'appréciation sur le petit déjeuner car je ne mange rien le matin.Parking pratique. tout est fait pour satisfaire le client peut être avoir la possibilité d'acheter eau ou autres dans la machine distributeur qui était vide quand on rentre le soir et qu'on a oublié d'en prendre mais vraiment entièrement satisfaite de ce petit hôtel simple et familial
