The historic restoration was superb and the River view was spectacular, plus breakfast was outstanding.

“Beautiful property, charming hosts. Comfortable alternative to Saratoga Springs hotels.”

The antique‑filled home was stunning and spotless, though the room was small and lacked a TV, clock, phone, and radio; the Wi‑Fi was good enough to cover that. The bathroom was a bit wonky but otherwise functional, with thick towels and optional air‑conditioning. The interior style felt a little stuffy, but that’s just my taste. The exterior was especially lovely, offering gorgeous views and a broad lawn. The only issue was the lack of local information and the host’s unfamiliarity with nearby attractions and restaurants.
