The hotel sits on a hill above the Kupferbergterrasse, offering a quiet setting; the old town is a short walk away if you’re willing to climb stairs, otherwise a nearby bus stop serves those who prefer not to. The décor is tasteful, and we stayed in a Superior room with a spacious bathroom and an exceptionally comfortable bed, plus a cozy lounge area. Free water, a Nespresso machine with coffee and tea, and a breakfast buffet with plenty of options were provided. We were welcomed warmly and left satisfied—thanks for a lovely stay. 👍🏼

“Pratique pour faire une escale d’une nuit.”

The hotel was very pretty and the room was roomy, with a comfortable bed. The dinner restaurant was good and the waiter was friendly. Parking was available for €8.50 a day. However, we couldn’t turn on the heating in the room because the radiator was non‑functional and we felt cold. The staff were not quick to respond and didn’t explain things well (we didn’t understand how the parking worked). The elevators were very slow, with one of the two probably broken.

“Unprofessionell gemanagtes gutes Hotel”

Wir waren mit Freunden übers Wochenende in dem Hotel, welches schön nah zur Altstadt liegt. Das Auto haben wir in der benachbarten Tiefgarage abgestellt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl von hoher Qualität. Auf den Fluren und in unserem Zimmer roch es etwas muffig. Zum Glück ließen sich die Fenster öffnen. Das Personal ist jung und arbeitet nicht so professionell, wie für diese Preiskategorie zu erwarten. Auf der Kreditkarte wurde ein höherer Betrag belastetet als in der Reservierung vereinbart, eine Rechnung habe ich trotz Nachfrage nicht erhalten, Parkgebühren wurden doppelt belastet. Das Hotel reagiert langsam und nur sporadisch auf Nachrichten über und ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar

Sehr gute Lage. Nur ein paar Treppen runter und man ist mitten in der Altstadt. Das Frühstücks Buffet ist reichhaltig. Der Lift hat immer so lange gebraucht, dass wir die Treppe nehmen mussten. Ich habe noch nie ein so rege genutztes Treppenhaus in einem Hotel gesehen
