Overlooking Praia da Julia, Aquario Pousada Hostel offers a dock, hammocks, and Wi‑Fi. Parties and live music enliven the venue. The hostel sits 20 m from Praia da Julia, 30 m from Praia do Canto, and 800 m from Ilha Grande city centre.

I was absolutely enchanted by every detail that had been thoughtfully arranged for guests, making this the best hostel I've ever stayed in; I’ll definitely come back, and if you don’t like it, you’re just not right with yourself!

The breakfast was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is also great right on the beach, and I loved the delicious fresh sushi which was very reasonably priced, but the lockers are stacked on top of each other in the six‑person female dorm and the top ones are way way way too high up, so I was stretching each time and some of my irreplaceable souvenirs fell and broke it really upset me, honestly gutted about those, and it would be nice to have some hand soap in the bathroom.
