The room came with a ceiling fan and air‑conditioning, which was a relief in the heat. The only let‑down was that there was no breakfast at all, even though the website promised it. I wish they’d been clearer about that.

No breakfast was offered, and the TV was a tiny 14‑inch tube set that looked like it belonged in the ’90s. There wasn’t even a wardrobe to hang my clothes, and the room lacked a chair and a nightstand. Felt pretty stripped down.
