The hotel features an outdoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and garden with seating areas. Suites have kitchenettes, flat-screen TVs, and balconies with scenic views. A restaurant serves Turkish and international cuisine, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The hotel is very pretty in Ottoman style, with a lovely grounds and cozy balconies. The lounge chairs by the pool are soft. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired; there was no dishware even though a kitchen was present.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was fantastic with a nice pool and sofa beds that were very cozy; having a balcony was a bonus. On the downside, breakfast should have been included as the pictures suggest it used to be. The bar menu had no prices and there were no receipts for what we ordered, so the bill came as a shock at £160 with no itemised breakdown. I was asked to keep a tab but expected a final receipt. A bath mat and shower curtain would have helped, as the first night the bathroom was so steamy it felt unsafe. There was no water supply in the kitchen, perhaps intentional. The bedroom had only one light bulb, which was broken on arrival but was fixed soon after. Overall, a bit of extra attention to detail would improve the stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, I found it to be lovely, clean, and conveniently located for exploring the town, plus the in-room jacuzzi was a wonderful touch. However, I was a bit taken aback by the state of the fixtures, which seemed to be in disrepair, and the WiFi was unfortunately not functional. Additionally, the walls were quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from the adjacent room, so I would recommend bringing earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep.
