Good room, great breakfast, but could have been a bit cleaner.

The breakfast was good, but the low rating comes from the digital check‑in failing, forcing me to pay twice to get checked in, and I had to wait for staff on site to issue a refund. The same issue happened at checkout, and I also received an invoice by email. 😖

Breakfast was good, and the hotel is close to the city center and attractions. It was hard to turn on the TV in the room, and it was also difficult to set the thermostat for heat. At night, the street outside was noisy with shouting, screaming, and cars playing loud music.

The room is nicely decorated with warm wooden details that create a harmonious feel, and the bed is comfortable. It’s clean and fresh, giving the hotel a solid impression. The lobby is small and lacks charm, especially when the curtain at the reception is drawn. The staff seemed stressed, slightly irritated, and somewhat absent.
