The cabin itself was nice, but everything else felt like a run‑down place. The décor was awful, the pool was tiny, and the bathrooms were a mess. The location was a bit scary, and the price didn’t match the service. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Ana was the only bright spot—always friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff was fine, but the whole stay felt overpriced. Wi‑Fi never worked, the TV cut out after the first night, and breakfast was bland and stale—just a few puddings, coffee, milk, and a few muffins. The wall between the bathroom and room was cheap, and the shower water would splash into the room. Night trains kept us up, and extra services were steep. It just doesn’t feel like a 4‑star hotel.

The jacuzzi was a highlight, and the cabin was clean and comfortable, plus pets were welcome. But there were too many “no” signs and threats of extra charges, and they even took a photo of your ID at check‑in. Breakfast was awful—definitely not worth the price.

The surroundings are pretty, and the cabins look better in photos than in person. Still, the price‑to‑quality ratio is terrible.

The included breakfast was just toast with spreadable cheese. We paid extra for a spa package that promised snacks and lunch, but the snack was the same toast, no fruit, juice, or eggs—nothing basic. Lunch was a single slice of cake.
