Excellent service from Gianmarco, the location is 12/10, walking distance from everything you might want. Clear instructions, clean and tidy, recommended!

What I liked most was the top location in Rome and the friendly, attentive staff. When we arrived, they charged me separately for the Rome tax and the host insisted we pay in cash, even though I had no cash and nowhere said it had to be cash; I pushed back and they let me pay by card. The place has no elevator, but the host helped me lift the luggage.

The location is great. The place is clean and organized. A couple’s trip; the safe isn’t working but the apartment building is secure. Host Gianmarco is very kind, checks daily if you need anything and helps with requests. We enjoyed it a lot.
