“Very uncomfortable! Very poor quality!”

I recently stayed at a hotel that, despite its flaws, had a redeeming quality in its staff member, who was kind and tried to be helpful. However, my experience was marred by several issues, including a broken bathroom sink tap handle that made it difficult to control the water temperature. The room lacked any hooks or spots to hang my coat or clothing, and there was no chair to sit on. The flooring was run down, the shower floor was sunken in, and the tiles were disgusting.

“Great place to stay if you're visiting Oxford!”

I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Oxford a few times, and its location is one of its greatest strengths - it's perfect for visiting my son at university. However, I do wish they had a bit more counter space in the bathroom, as it can get a bit cramped when trying to get ready.

“Disappointing stay”

While the hotel's proximity to Miami University is a definite plus, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the property. The sink wasn't securely attached to the wall, and there were loose tiles and a faulty security lock mechanism in my room. To make matters worse, the curtains didn't block out the light, and the staff failed to replenish the coffee pods during my two-night stay.
