The staff are courteous. The pool is above ground; it would be better if it were on the ground floor.

I stayed for the Spartan Race and the location worked out perfectly for me, especially with the parking available – that was great! I would suggest, particularly for events like this that happen often, that the hotel consider offering a late checkout automatically without having to request it and pay extra.
