The structure and location are great, but the cleaning didn’t happen as often as I’d like, probably because of the high turnover during Círio.

The facilities are solid and it’s close to the city’s main tourist centers, yet the cleaning staff entered the room after 10 am and talked loudly while guests were sleeping, as if they purposely wanted to wake us up so we’d leave the room for them to clean. They also seemed impatient with guests checking out at 12 pm, even though we were entitled to stay until that time, and it felt like they wanted us to leave early so they could finish the job sooner.
