Being right next to the main square and the town’s thermal baths was a definite plus. The room, however, turned out smaller than the photos suggested, and the bathroom felt cramped with an uncomfortable shower.

The suite was really comfortable, with a nice view of the mountains and parking right on the property that made everything convenient. Its location was spot‑on for getting around the area. I didn’t encounter any real issues during my stay.

The setting and ambience were exactly what I was looking for, and the place sits in a nice location. Unfortunately the water was noticeably cold—probably because of the solar heater—and the bathroom got soaked each time I showered; the curtain didn’t really keep the spray in.

Getting there was straightforward; Fiambalá itself is easy to navigate. The room I arrived in was dirty, with windows stained by mud, and the whole property looked neglected—trash, bottles, papers, and leaves scattered everywhere. It seemed the staff had resigned to the constant wind and let cleanliness slip.
