The service was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable; I have no complaints.
Nothing positive at all; the management seemed nice but they were completely unhelpful and unresponsive when we tried to get a refund, and it was incredibly hard to reach them.
“Wonderful”
The staff were friendly, the area was nice, and the place was very clean.
“Good place nice and quiet”
I had a perfect stay with nothing to complain about – everything was great.
“REGULAR EXIGO MÁS RESPETO PARA LAS MUJERES”
The rooms were very good and comfortable, but a Panamanian staff member told me he was harassing me, claimed he would give me my phone number, and when I left my partner would call him so he could come up. He thought I would agree to something else. He charged my partner a total of 20, wanted to charge 40 for card activation, and was upset because I did not comply with what he wanted.
