The resort village was a green, beautiful place full of nature, plenty of squirrels and animals, and the water slides and pools were really fun. We stayed in a 7‑bed cabin for 6 people, room 713, which was spacious and nice; there was a lot to do in the village, both paid and free, and the staff were warm and pleasant. The surroundings were green. We booked two family cabins—one for 10 people—through Booking, but nowhere was it mentioned that we would be so far apart. Despite my pleas and the promise of an extra fee for a week, that didn’t happen; the distance was large, and cars couldn’t be parked, so everything had to be done on foot. The distances were huge, so renting a car or bikes would be very expensive. Our cabin was number 722 in zone 7, which was less attractive; the shower was inside the kitchen, the toilets at the entrance had no sink, and none of these details were included in the Booking listing. Cleaning services were absent, only one towel per person for the whole week, and the pool area required us to bring our own towels or pay a high fee for paper towels. The room had no amenities except basic kitchen tools, a plastic floor mat, and dish soap—items we had to purchase or bring ourselves. The villa was empty. The resort had many attractions, most of them paid. The Italian restaurant at the "take‑away" was awful, costing 150 € for a meal that was tossed in the trash. If we had known all these things beforehand, we would have given a much higher rating. We are a couple aged 67, with a 64‑year‑old daughter, traveling with children and grandchildren. The place is very far from Amsterdam—about an hour’s drive, although the travel was comfortable. Please pay more attention to the details on your website so future guests are better informed. This resort deserves a much higher score if all the information that changes the stay or the arrangements for a longer stay were provided.
