The room had a balcony, food and staff were lovely, and everything else was beautiful; nothing was wrong.

The room was spacious, clean, and the bedding super comfy. The décor felt very local and gave the place extra charm. We had a balcony overlooking the pool with a gorgeous backdrop. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. The staff were welcoming, professional, and caring. The hotel sits on the road to the Dades Gorge, so car noise can bother you. When we tried to book dinner, the staff couldn’t give us the daily menu. We were surprised to get battered chicken and fries with vegetables, whereas we’d preferred a Moroccan dish.
