A magical spot. We loved everything.

Quiet, superb customer service, amazing all‑inclusive rooms. So many activities on the property. We especially enjoyed the Canoe Club location and its amenities. The location was beautiful, but not on the water (can't really change that), and the cost of a suite for a grown family of 5 is a bit on the expensive side.

Spacious rooms, overall decor. The location requires use of the hotel‑provided shuttle to reach the lake beach, and the shuttle was inadequate. The van was dirty, the steps/sill were broken, and wait times were sometimes long—sometimes we had to wait for a couple of round trips because the van’s capacity was less than the group waiting. The hotel is understaffed, especially given the lofty rates they are charging.
