“Clean and comfortable stylish hotel. The location is not great.”

The room was clean and came with a good amount of amenities. The self‑check‑in system didn’t accept my booking through the app, so I had to call the hotel staff for help, and they were very kind. It’s a simple, small room that’s good for the price, and the heated floors were a nice touch. Ladies, be careful walking through the alleyway to reach the hotel; even with my partner and during the day, I was followed and harassed by foreign men in a car, which made me feel very unsafe walking the area alone. Also note that the hotel’s location on Google Maps is wrong; we had to walk down a few sketchy streets to find the correct spot.

I was really impressed with the spacious spa tub and the cozy, traditional Korean-style decor of the room. The location was also super convenient, and I loved the portable TV and the delicious coffee and tea. The self-check-in process was also really quiet and peaceful. My only complaint was that the sofa and bed could have been a bit higher off the ground.

“The remote service concept does not work if there is no willingness to serve”

The hotel's amenities were a highlight - the massive bathtub in my room was a real treat, and the coffee was top-notch. However, the service left a lot to be desired. I tried to contact them through email in Korean, but they completely ignored me. When I asked for a receipt, they just ignored me again, despite having an option for it on the screen. And to make matters worse, they refused to call me a taxi on a rainy day, saying they didn't do that. It was a pretty disappointing experience.

The room was spotless and the bedding was super clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the nice toiletries and the warm bathrobe. However, the lack of a nearby bus stop made it a bit of a hassle to get around, and the area felt a bit old-fashioned.

The hotel's facilities were in great condition and felt well-maintained, which was a big plus. However, the self-service aspect of the hotel felt a bit impersonal, and the keycard reader was a bit finicky. What's more, I had to resort to calling the staff to ask questions, which was a bit of a hassle.
