The place was calm and relaxing, though the breakfast was decent but not outstanding.

Breakfasts were tasty, the pools were deep and great, there was a billiard table (though the lighting was poor), paid tennis was available, the hotel grounds were beautiful and cozy, and the music during breakfast was really enjoyable. The staff were friendly, so overall I recommend the hotel. However, the towels were old, faded gray, and need replacement; the linens in the kids’ room had yellow stains that were later changed. Room cleaning could definitely be improved.

The facilities were superb—gym, pools, billiard, and more. The rooms were very comfortable, and the little surprise waiting in the room upon arrival was a nice touch. Everything was spotless. The restaurant was delicious but a bit pricey, and the welcome drink was lovely. The staff didn’t really understand English, which made getting information a real hassle. The hygiene products didn’t match the photos on Booking, which was disappointing. The location is poorly situated, with little nearby, and it’s a 30‑minute drive from Sanur.
