The staff were very customer‑oriented, helpful without being intrusive, and gladly fulfilled our wishes without compromise. I would recommend it for holiday or vacation stays without hesitation. A few renovations would be useful to cover up the remaining traces of the former East German holiday homes, but it’s not a major issue.

The location is amazing. The food was not good.

The host was very friendly, breakfast was served at the table so there was no need to go to a buffet, and there were parking spaces right outside the hotel. The place was clean. We were the only guests that weekend.

Breakfast was plentiful, with something for everyone. The room’s location was very quiet, and even though the temperatures were high, the room stayed pleasantly cool. The entrance to the parking lot is a bit narrow.
