I enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Paris‑Auteuil. The hotel sits in a fantastic location with easy public transport links. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall vibe was welcoming. The receptionist was especially memorable – she handled my check‑in with excellent service, was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, and made me feel welcomed right from the start. Her warm attitude and willingness to help really stood out and reflected the hotel’s hospitality. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome; I’d happily stay again.

The hotel location is good, 5 minute walk to Re Di Roma metro station red line. Getting to hotel from Termini, Take red metro to Re Di Roma stop, exit station via Vercelli exit. If you arrive after metro closes, catch the MNa bus from the Termini bus terminal, 10 minutes walk from Termini. The hotel is ok. The room and bathroom a good size, bed and pillows comfortable, good airconditioning, very clean room. Staff are excellent, we had a problem with toilet and it was promptly fixed. The bathroom very clean & water pressure and hot water excellent. Room had a bar fridge & received complimentary water on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. Overall a good stay. The price for Rome was excellent. I probably would stay here. The dark furniture makes hotel look old, the shower was a bit small & the toilet was quite high and an old design
The location was a huge plus, very close to the metro, on a quiet and clean street. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the air‑conditioning was very efficient. The breakfast was somewhat limited; the dishes that were available were tasty and nicely presented, but they were the same every day.
The in‑room facilities were very good, especially the bed which was really comfortable.
