“Egyszerű, de nagyszerű.”

The room I stayed in was the 1‑st room in the current setup. Interestingly, the apartment’s kitchen service was arranged so that the kitchen area was completely separate from the room. That turned out to be fine, just a bit odd. Both spaces were a decent size. Cleanliness was excellent, heating worked well (mid‑October). The property sits on a quiet little street. Overall, everything was fine with the booking. The only issue was that the interior lighting at night was quite dim, both in the room and the bathroom, though that’s a minor quibble compared to the many good aspects.

“Tragikus!”

We booked two rooms for two nights: one on the roof and the other in a basement. The décor was a relic from the 1960s, and we couldn’t even cook because there was no equipment. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I wonder why others still call this place “Superior” despite the low rating. We fled after the first night.

The apartment’s location is great—just a few minutes to the city center. One of the two roof‑top apartments was fine, but the other felt very cramped; the kitchen was okay. The narrow space meant everything had to fit in a single night’s wardrobe. There’s a small rail with a few poles. In the bathroom, the narrowness made the sink almost unusable, and there was nowhere to hang clothes or towels; wall hooks could have helped.
