Very pleased with the warm welcome and ongoing care during our stay. We were delighted with the daily breakfast tailored to our wishes.

I stayed just a short walk from Alkmaar, Volendam, Edam and all the small towns north of Amsterdam, and only 40 minutes from Schiphol. The place is huge, comfortably fitting up to five people even though it has just one bathroom, and it’s fully equipped if you want to cook breakfast or dinner in the apartment. For breakfast, Rita gives you a menu card to pick whatever you want; if you order a little, she’ll add more items so you don’t go hungry… haha. The only downside was that the stairs going up and down are a bit steep, but that’s typical for the Netherlands.

The reception was extremely friendly, the breakfast was delightful and tasty, and the amount of space and quiet was fantastic.
