“Un emplacement qui nous a permis de nous baigner en octobre en arrivant presque de nuit à l'hotel .”

L'emplacement est au bord de la plage. L' accueil de la gérante a été très sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et leur vue , au 5eme étage, est superbe. très bon petit déjeuner. Nous sommes arrives le 14 Octobre. L'environnement de l'hotel nous a fait ressentir une fin de saison, dans LUMBARDA beaucoup de restaurants étaient déjà fermés

“Great location, but the room and facilities need improvement”

-Excellent location, right by the bus stop in Lumbarda and directly across from the beach. -Several other beautiful beaches and wineries within walking distance. -Friendly and polite reception staff. -Although breakfast was disappointing overall, there were some decent options such as bread, spreads, and fruit. -Balcony – Constant AC water dripping: This was by far our biggest disappointment. We specifically booked a sea-view room to enjoy the balcony, but water from an air conditioning unit above was constantly dripping down and splashing onto us, our drinks, and the clothes we hung out to dry. Since our room was on the lowest floor, the balcony had a solid wall instead of railings, which made the problem worse as the water hit the wall and splashed everywhere. As a result, we could barely use the balcony, which was one of the main reasons we chose this room. The constant water drainage also seems like a maintenance issue that should be addressed. -Bed arrangement – Two single beds with thick wooden frames: We requested a double bed before arrival and were explicitly told our request would be fulfilled. However, we were given two single beds pushed together. The staff explained that they were aware of our request but couldn't accommodate it due to limited availability. This was disappointing, as we expected our confirmed request to be considered when assigning rooms. Although the beds themselves were comfortable, their thick wooden frames left a large gap between them, so pushing them together didn't really create a double bed. -Room condition: The room and bathroom were quite dated (photos on booking do not reflect this clearly), and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. -Breakfast: There was a good variety of options, including bread, spreads, and fruit. However, the quality was inconsistent, particularly the meat products, which seemed quite low-quality. -Wi-Fi: The connection was poor and unreliable

Ausgangslage des Hotels für Ausflüge gut. Zentral gelegen. Wir haben nicht viel erwartet, wurden aber trotzdem komplett enttäuscht. Zimmer hatte einen modrigen Geruch . In den Schrank konnte man nichts geben. Auch vom Bett stieg von unterhalb modriger Geruch hoch. Zimmer wurde während des ganzen Aufenthaltes nie geputzt.nur Papierkorb geleert und evtl ein Badetuch gewechselt. Ausstattung im gesamten Hotel nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Sehr altmodisch. Teilweise wahrscheinlich noch aus den 70ern.beispielsweise im Empfangsbereich. Sehr modernisierungbedürftig!!!! Zwar freundliches, aber total unqualifiziertes Personal.die Mädchen für alles waren ( putzen, servieren, waschen usw.) Essen sehr enttäuschend ( hartes Brot, kalte Eier, kalter Speck, wenig Auswahl). Nur auf Nachfrage wurde aufgefüllt. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Sind aber mehrmals außerhalb zum Essen gegangen, da das Essen nicht sehr ansprechend war. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels.aber sowas hatten wir noch nie. Beschreibung und Fotos entsprechen nicht der Tatsache
