The location was spot‑on, staff were attentive and kind, and the cleanliness was flawless! The only downside was the bathtub.

The location is great, just a 2‑minute walk to the metro and Borough Market.

Everything was fine. Everything was fine.

The place was clean, tidy, and the staff were friendly. The only issue was that you could hear planes and trains quite late and early in the room.

We loved everything – the staff were friendly, the room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. The bathroom felt a bit outdated and the room wasn’t the biggest, but that’s normal for London.
