The room was fine and everything stayed clean, and the staff were friendly and offered breakfast at a reasonable price, but the walls and floors were paper‑thin, letting me hear every move of the upstairs neighbors, and the building had no sign, which felt odd.

The desk staff were professional and accommodating, and the room and bath were exceptionally clean and well equipped, yet I couldn’t adjust or raise the heat, so the room stayed rather cool.

There was nothing positive to note, but the staff were very unprofessional, the beds were smaller than advertised, the rooms were very dirty and we had to change the sheets ourselves, the customer service was horrible, and roaches were crawling.

The rooms had been nicely remodeled, but the air conditioner didn’t work, so we used a box fan, and the TV reception was poor.

“It’s on the didn’t like property box.”

Nothing at all. The room we got was not what expected and the room had a huge square fan as no AC was working. They changed the room but second one, didn’t have a coffee machine as they advertised in the amenities. So we left the room and checked out on Friday 10/2
