“They are fake, I didn’t stay”
I'm still trying to process the absolute chaos I experienced with this hotel. I booked a room near Mall Road, but when I finally arrived after dealing with extra travel and entry charges, the hotel called me to say they didn't have any rooms available. I was already standing outside the hotel, ready to check in, and they just told me it was their problem, not mine. To make matters worse, they went ahead and marked me as a no-show, despite me explicitly telling them not to.
