The location was fine, but I couldn’t comment further because I didn’t stay; the staff were polite when handling a booking issue. I arrived just after the 15:00 check‑in time and was told our room wasn’t ready because of high occupancy. We were offered a free breakfast as an apology, but only after we raised the question. At the time of booking we requested a twin instead of a double in a family room and were told they would try to accommodate us. After waiting, it became clear the request hadn’t been fulfilled. When we asked, they said they would only know the day before check‑in if it was possible, but that was never communicated before or during arrival. No other rooms met our request, so we had to cancel and move to another hotel.

The location was very nice, the rooms were clean, and the staff were all wonderful.

We had breakfast on the 16th floor, the service was very good, and we enjoyed a high‑quality breakfast there; we don’t need a huge variety, just good quantity, and we hope to return.
