The Atrium Boutique Hotel

Initially, I was underwhelmed by the hotel room, which didn't quite match the pictures I had seen online. However, I was impressed by the staff's willingness to listen and address my concerns, even if they did occasionally make assumptions without confirming with me first. While the room itself had its flaws, the staff's customer service was a redeeming quality.

“very dissapointing and uncomfortable with family”

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient parking available at this hotel, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel's interior was in disrepair, with torn furnishings and decor. Furthermore, the bathroom door lacked a lock, and I was unable to access hot water during my stay. Despite these problems, the parking remained a highlight of my visit.

“Not so great wit the room it should have been good if they maintained neat and clean”

The hotel's exterior and common areas looked well-maintained, but unfortunately, the rooms were not as clean as I had hoped. Despite the property's overall appearance, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to hygiene in the rooms.

“Not a Boutique Hotel”

One of the hotel's best features is its convenient location right on the highway, making it easy to access Mysore. However, my stay was marred by some basic amenities being missing, such as tissue paper, and the sheets were old and in need of replacement.
