“The location and price was quite acceptable but cleanliness is vital in a hotel”
The room was unclean, with hair found in both the bathroom and bedroom.

The place smelled like smoke, and the front‑desk lady named Sam was very rude and unhelpful.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable, but the key card stopped working.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the hotel was spotless from the moment I arrived. The front desk girls were amazing. The laundry room was clean, but a few machines were broken and the wait for a clean load was long; the single front‑loader washer was clogged and you couldn’t add detergent.
