Holiday Inn Express & Suites Heath - Newark by IHG

“When visiting this area if a hotel stay is needed will try Comfort or Hampton Inn. Primarily due to cleanliness, interi”

The breakfast area was kept very clean, the coffee machine worked great, and the orange juice wasn’t watered down. The staff were helpful and friendly, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of both the interior and exterior were lacking.

The room was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.

This IHG was the best I’ve stayed at: good service, clean rooms, good food, a nice pool, and a great stay—five stars. Nothing negative; I loved the stay.

“There was dry work on the ceiling that was not sanded nor painted”

The staff and location were great, but our room had drywall work on the ceiling that wasn’t sanded or painted, and the same issue appeared in the shower area of the bathroom.

“It was a large, spacious room, pretty comfortable. Was a lot of money for just one person for one night though”

The night‑time front desk manager was incredibly welcoming and made me feel safe right away! However, there were crumbs under the top sheet and on top of it between the sheet and the comforter.
