“Acogedor, seguro y bien ubicado”

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is excellently situated just a short walk from the cathedral, making it easy to explore the center and the main attractions. The place feels cozy, the staff were consistently kind and attentive, and we felt completely safe throughout. The rooms provided everything needed for a comfortable rest, and the pillows were especially comfy, giving us excellent sleep. It was a very good experience and we would certainly recommend it for its location, comfort, and service. The only thing to improve is that the hot‑water temperature in the shower can’t be adjusted, which sometimes makes it tricky to find a comfortable setting.

Su ubicación es maravillosa! Cerca del Zócalo de Taxco pero a la vez un poco alejada del bullicio de la música de los bares. La habitación tenía un balcón hermoso con una vista muy bella. Las camas super cómodas, todo muy limpio. En verdad nos sentimos como en casa. Y sin dejar de mencionar la atención de todos, muy atentos y amables!

The spot was amazing—really pretty, huge, and just perfect—but the galley kept failing, left everything cold and barely usable, so I couldn’t get a decent shower; aside from that, everything else was great.
