“One Bad Apple Can Spoil the Entire Barrel”
The breakfast was good, available from 7:30 to 11 AM and very varied and generous. The check‑in was the worst experience I’ve ever had and it tainted our whole impression of the hotel, though aside from Isabella and, to a lesser extent, Paula, the rest of the staff were helpful and pleasant.

The location and breakfast were great, the soaps and creams were delicious. The bed was a bit narrow, the shower cramped, and the bathroom lamp didn’t light up.
Being right next to the city centre was ideal, yet the ancient air‑conditioning never got fixed despite three complaints – the hotel’s age showed, and after three days we left feeling hungover and with a sore back.

Zentrale Lage und das Frühstücksbufett war sensationell . Zimmer sind gefühlt seit 30 Jahren nicht renoviert, zumindest die Badezimmer. Außerdem habe ich immer mehr das Gefühl, dass man als Bucher über Bookingcom die schlechtesten Zimmer bekommt
