I found the property itself to be nice, but the staff were pushy about filling out feedback forms. They never sent me stop reminders. During my stay, the client traveling with me had their belongings removed a day early because the staff were confused and thought we were checking out earlier than we had booked. That was a very bad experience and will make me think twice about staying here again.

I want to thank the breakfast staff, especially Soumya/Chef Raju (Head Chef), Prabaha/Chef Bipul, Inalika, and Debjani. Whenever we ordered special items like diabetic‑friendly options, they were served almost immediately, which left us very impressed. I hope that on our next visit to Bangalore we can keep JW Marriott UBCity as our first choice.
