The place is absolutely tranquil, with a huge park that lets you be surrounded by nature just a short walk from Abbiategrasso. Breakfast was superb and the room was very clean and welcoming. We were very happy. They don’t serve dinner, but there are plenty of spots within 5 minutes where you can eat or have an aperitif without parking hassles.

The grounds are very large and beautiful, offering walks through nature with various animals, and it’s very kid‑friendly. The hostess was extremely pleasant and accommodating, and even though an iron board—advertised—was missing, she arranged one for us the next day. Breakfast was disappointing, with only a few fresh fruits, a single type of cereal, ham, and cheese. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and no one bothered to fix it; they only brought us a fan, which was appreciated, but they never checked the AC.

The owner, Barbara, was very gentle. Some rooms, however, do not have air conditioning.

The structure is wonderful, comfortable, clean, and the welcome is warm.

The welcome was warm and the communication before arrival was smooth and responsive. The décor was tasteful and focused on comfort. The breakfast was excellent, varied and fresh, with homemade items. The interior soundproofing of the rooms and shared bathrooms could be improved for a fully successful experience.
