The location was fine, but the staff were incredibly rude. After booking here, I got an email from the hotel requesting money before arrival. I replied four times with no reply. When I finally arrived, the manager didn’t know I was booked; after showing the confirmation he checked me in. Once inside, I was told I couldn’t stay because I wasn’t an Indian national, which made me furious. There was no mention of this policy on their website. It happened after 11 pm, so I had no choice but to leave. They wouldn’t help at all. Vile behaviour. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
