The hotel sits in the center and on our first night it was clean and good, but when we returned for three nights the housekeeping stopped; towels were dirty and we had to ask for new ones, and the staff said they'd clean only the next morning; trash never got taken out, so overall the service was bad – a single night is fine, longer stays are not recommended. The housekeeping service was lacking.

The hotel is clean, close to the center, and the staff are friendly, but there is no elevator.

The room is large, but the mattress is hard; the breakfast area is in awful condition and dirty, the staff are unfriendly, and throughout the stay it felt like we were a nuisance – never a greeting.
